💖: What is your biggest unpopular opinion about the series?

I’m really struggling to think of something actually that unpopular about the series as a whole. I suppose I think that while a lot of people praise the series as the perfect series, it’s not above critique. Also I have seen people react as if you insulted their mother over someone not liking the series, or when someone is disappointed after always hearing about how perfect it was, watching it for themselves, and realising it the series is not automatically the best thing they watched. Or just discovering it was not all that appealing to them. Sometimes people can stand to be a little less pushy.

So many props to Rachel for LO. Like first impression you think oh this is just a love story and then boom 160 episodes in and we've got themes of generational trauma, power of women banding together, and she managed to make every character nuanced. God like im so happy someone else has such interest in Rachel's process.

I'll probably cry when it's over but yes exactly. She takes time and care to properly go over these themes and do them justice. It's not just another over romanticized version of the original lore she's making these gods more human to show us that even gods have flaws and struggles and we all have our own journey to make and support from those we love.

I was in love with her art the moment I saw an ad on FB for it. I downloaded WebToons JUST for LO and eventually found some more of my favorite stories like Lumine, Men of the Harem, Castle Swimmer, Sirens Lament, Not Even Bones, Mage and the Dragon Queen, unORDINARY and Suitor Armor.

There are other artists I wanna pick the brains of and she's in the top five.
