I will be fine with Landon with me. The children only need somewhere temporary to stay.

(I'm cackling-) Yes, yes.. However, I'd like to ask if the children can stay here for a day or two while I find somewhere /else/for us to live. I would have them come with me, but it'd be a miserable burden to make them hik with me in the rain for miles. I'd prefer nothing horrid happen to them-- as something might if they do come with me.

That, and we've been completely flooded out of the burrows three times in just this past week. And since the children are a year old, they're molting, too and from here on out, I can tell springtime will be just this big ball of red hot anger, or so it seems.

I hate springtime, Marvin. It's positively horrid.
