Qrow groaned and pushed himself up so he could feel the back of his head. That was a fair sized knot back there, after all. He shook it once, trying to clear out the cobwebs and sighed.

Right, there’d been a storm. Qrow’d thought that he could speed through it before things got too bad... He must have gotten knocked out with a hailstone. 

Thank god he reverted back to his natural form when unconscious. That was something he’d never experienced before.

Qrow blinked up owlishly at the boy, trying to figure out what he was talking about. He was laying down, and had no idea how that had happened. The back of his head was throbbing, but it didnt feel like a hangover. It felt like someone had thumped him on the back of his head.

California offered Theta a tight smile.

“You don’t tell Delta to watch his language…” Yep, he’s pouting.
