So I'm doing a thing... eeeeeek! I am so happyexcitednervous! Kara @songbird390 from work designed this flier for me, I am so lucky to have everyone at @mindbodyalign supporting me. . Feeling super grateful for this #instafitfam too. Every person in the #igyogacommunity inspired and encouraged me whether you knew it or not. I know social media can be a vapid waste land of negativity sometimes but I have experienced SO. MUCH. LOVE. If I hadn't seen everyday women, like me, moms & dads like me, addicts like me, people with depression and anxiety like me, (and people who have it much worse) all getting their shit together with yoga I never would have thought that I could do it. That's what it all boiled down to, my beliefs about my own ability, faith in myself. Yoga helped me find that, and then I found my people. My world has opened up in amazing ways since then. It all began with being inspired by all of the beauty in this #igyoga community though. From the deepest corners of my heart, thank you all.
