It was honey harvest day If you recall we had one hive die back in May. The second hive is thriving and today the hubby pulled three of the eight frames for harvesting. He left the other five for the bees to eat through the winter. Almost 5 quarts of Happy Bees Honey. The second hive will not be touched this year as it will use its honey for food in the winter.
