Morgan Freeman!
Oh wow, uh:
The first thing I saw them in: Chain Reaction. I was like seven or eight and staying in this place in Miami called the Mango Inn where they had a cat named Mango who would wander from room to room, and in the lobby they had a whole bookshelf of VHS tapes they would let you pick from to watch in your room, and we picked Chain Reaction because all they had were sorta obscure titles and nothing else looked promising. It was pretty rad.
Why I like them: ...Who the fuck doesn't like Morgan Freeman? I mean honestly. He's Morgan Freeman.
My favorite role of theirs: Probably my favourite role of his was when he played Nelson Mandela in Invictus. He was also really good in SE7EN and the Batman films, but I think Invictus is still my favourite.
My least favorite role of theirs: Either his role in Wanted, or as the narrator in the newest Conan the Barbarian film. Can we just... forget those movies ever happened, because... let's just... yeah.
A role I’d like to see them in: I'd like to see him in the role of the idolized father figure of something that isn't his actual child, and which has grown more or less out of his control. Think of the guys in charge of the robot production companies in Surrogates, A.I., or I, Robot. That kind of character.
Who I’d like them to work with: Honestly I'd like to see him work with Kevin Spacey again. I really think they could create a great character dynamic. Other than that I think I'd like to see him work with Hugh Jackman, because... I don't know, I think it would be an interesting movie, with Morgan Freeman and Hugh Jackman. Why not?
