“You just scare me. You don’t seem to actively dislike me, which actually makes you less likely to kill me than the alternate-you I’ve met, so I’m not in the run-for-cover stage yet, but I’m under no illusions about how it would go if you ever decided you didn’t like me. You’re one of few people that I’ll at least not actively try to piss off, because I like surviving.

There was no reaction.

Unless you consider the lack of reaction a reaction. Sunstreaker merely waited for the annoyance to continue with whatever had compelled him to call him, but after a moment of that not happening, Sunstreaker’s frustrated growl sounded over the connection. ::Yes? For Pits’ sake, I don’t have all day. Spit it out.:: Either that, or Sunstreaker would smoothly disconnect the call and forget everything about Skywarp. It was starting to look like a very tempting idea with the time waste this was turning into. Did Skywarp truly not know how to string words together enough to ask the question that was likely the one and only reason he had called?

Pathetic.

The idea of just ending the call, maybe with some thoroughly crude and inappropriate quip, became more appealing. Pits, but he had forgotten just how grating this particular Sunstreaker was to interact with, even by, well, Sunstreaker standards. 

Packed a good punch though. Skywarp had needed Starscream to help him pull out the dents and solder shut the cracks in his armor after their last clash. He could respect that in a mech.

::So accordin’ to the red menace that’s your brother, he owns ya. On paper anyway.::

He paused there again, though more briefly, once more trying to gauge the reaction.

::’n vice versa. ‘Cause of some fragged up rules system in some fragged up place ya decided to play by.::

Pause again, but now Skywarp’s own patience was lacking and he continued even faster.
