Just your run of the mill Cajun spice rubbed dry-aged ribeye steak sandwich with roasted garlic caramelized onions and habanero jack smoked Gouda cheese sauce (wonderful cheeses from @happycowcreamerysc). I couldn’t leave off the duck fat fried garlic and herb truffle fries. Late post: Tuesday’s are for tacos. Asian pork belly tacos with apple jalapeño jicama slaw and mango watermelon salsa accompanied by coconut cilantro lime rice and roasted brussel sprouts in plum sauce.

Buttermilk brined sous vide fried chicken on top of a jalapeño cheddar cornmeal waffle with a tomato balsamic infused maple syrup. Truffle butter smoked gouda bacon mac and cheese and braised collards to accompany. A little limoncello lavender rosemary lemonade as a refresher.
