squirrelflight and leafpool form acornheart! i decided to give her a unique name to highlight squirrel & leaf’s strong bond. acornheart has a strong sense of justice, she's very righteous and always acts/speaks out about what she believes. she's deeply kindhearted and loyal (often to a self-sacrificial degree)

she's also a very stable fusion, formed largely out of fun rather than for any practical reasons. she's essentially the physical representation of squirrel and leaf’s magical bond!

Important update, Russetfur, Raggedstar, and Scorchwind are all DIRECT children of a Kittypet! Brokenstar and those three all get the Kittypet Magic! What do I even give them? Rowanclaw and Cedarheart too, which is something.

But wait, there's more, I guess! That's just Some ShadowClan cats. One interconnected family of cats in fact.

We of course got Boulder and Jaggedtooth(aka Snag) as former BloodClan cats. Also, unrelated, but apparently Mudfur is Leopardstar's real father? Other than that, I have NOTHING. Seriously, please tell me someone at least made a comprehensive family chart, I'm going to lose it if I have to sift through something like Bluestar's family tree manually.

yes - mudfur is canonically leopardstar's father! there is the warrior cat incest checker (fan-made), which allows you to check the relation between two characters, pulling from the warrior cats wiki

there is the "official" family tree on the warrior cat website, and though it is generally a good guide id consider it somewhat dubiously canon (forgets characters sometimes or adds in random kit names that didn't originally exist, but simultaneously also maintains other already-retconned info, like redtail not being sandstorm's father). it sorta exists in its own canon outside book-provided facts and also the wiki

How did Thunderclan grow to hate rogues so much, considering their first leader and the one who is to blame for the labeling of the clans rather than just groups in the first place.

theres something i find so interesting abt how drastically the clans' perspectives on outsiders changed over time, i guess as they developed their superiority complex (though iirc it was already present in dotc w/ bumble)

the clans viscous hate of "outsiders" & view that their life is superior could be taken to such fascinating extremes at how their warped beliefs impact their sustainability & livelihoods (see: the incest problem). but the erins are never going to do that :p

Rusty did still learn a lot of Kittypet swears, he offered to show Bone what he could do in exchange for being taught a Kittypet swear. Bone is mortified to see such a reckless, young cat exist that could survive getting run over, and forcibly makes Rusty promise to not run out in front of a car or anything else like that again. He's smug as Bone starts explaining Kittypet swears later on, when he can't stop Rusty from being a smug, overly reckless punk. Scourge actively tells Bone to chase the punk into the forest if it bothers them so much.

Rusty one day finds himself dragged out into the middle of the forest, and Lionheart, Redtail, Dustpaw and Graypaw are just staring at him as Rusty gets up, utterly confused.

Princess knows that Rusty is fine and ends up going around the Twoleg Place, trying to figure out what happened to her missing brother. And then the following disappearance of Smudge leads her into the Forest territories in search for both of them. Longtail ends up finding her, and this is how Longtail discovers the hell of having this she-cat's thoughts constantly bouncing around his head after she learns his name. He ends up stuck having to help her find Smudge and Rusty, despite not knowing who either of them are, because he really wants to help this distressed she-cat.
