i loved your theory and i agree with everything you said and it makes sense. i was thinking about their heart being split this afternoon and how we never got to see the consequences about it. or least i didn't. what do you think about it? Do you think their heart being the same is affecting Charming? Do you think it could be the point about the alcohol? do you think their divorcing could be a consequence of having the same heart but not having the same love? love involves 2 hearts and not just 1

I have absolutely no idea, to be honest. I can only say I also haven’t really noticed a difference since they’ve started sharing a heart, but I assume there will be consequences. The alcoholism started before they shared a heart and I think it was said his father had a drinking problem, but I’m not sure.
I don’t think sharing a heart would be the cause for a divorce. Or I am in no way certain they will be telling that story, obviously. I do think we will finally see them deal with their issues. When Emma sacrificed herself, she turned to her parents and asked them specifically to find a way to save her. That put the focus on them and it will likely put some strain on their relationship, but that might just enable them to fix it, rather than to break up.
Guess we’ll have to wait and see...
