As of where I am in the series these are their physical descriptions:

Thea: looks like Thecla, is her height, rounder features, heart shaped face. // I have given her more sensible gear for being out and about with Vodalus. Knowing this book she’s probably actually in a dress but I don’t care rn.

Thecla: tall for an exaltant, very pale, dark hair (down or in a braided round) and deep eyes, wide mouth with full smile and small white teeth, white dress, heart shaped face (probably, as this is through Severians description of Thea)

Jolenta (altered): almost as tall as Thecla and a head taller than Dorcas, her red gold hair goes up and makes up the difference to Theclas height (exaggerated here), emerald eyes, breasts so large they make her spine arch abnormally, small waist, thick hips and thighs that chafe, small calves so it’s very painful to walk, heeled riding boots, organza dress.

Agia: “strange” “long” tilted brown eyes, “abundant” chestnut hair, upturned nose, high cheekbones, slender frame with “over-wide” hips, plain compared to other girls (wtf gene?), barefooted, costumey embroidered blue&green gown that gets promptly ripped open (not pictured)

Valeria: dark hair, “exquisitely molded face”, well made soft coat lined with fur, fur trimmed boots, “antique” metal trim to her dress

Dorcas (post-wall): head shorter than Jolenta,, yellow-brown linen simar (a long robe/dress, sometimes priest garb?), “enormous” blue eyes, scar from a whip on her cheek, flowing yellow blonde hair which she tucks flowers into, boxy body and small breasts—looks like a child (this is emphasized a lot). She is likely short as the man on the boat calls Agia and Severian large and says there’s not room for them on the boat, only him and Cas. (I am assuming Dorcas is Cas reanimated by the Claw, idk if that’s for sure true but like it has to be right??)
