Well, there’s that one thing the internet knows me for.  Plenty of other DIYs exist as well, but be careful anytime you bind with a home binder. Make sure to listen to your body and don’t do anything that hurts or constricts your breathing. There’s also commercial binders like Underworks.  

You can bind no matter what your gender identity if it makes you more comfortable. Whatever you choose, just be sure to do it safely. If you can’t get a commercial binder (and honestly even if you do) always listen to your body and take plenty of breaks, stretch, stay hydrated. The discomfort of not binding for a day or two to rest is so much easier to bear than permanent damage from binding improperly or when you shouldn’t. Also try some (safe!) DIY binders and see if any of them give you results you can be comfortable with before committing to a commercial binder, since they can be expensive.
