Most times I'll make multiple servings of a dish for dinner that I know won't get eaten as leftovers so I freeze it but then absolutely forget about it. I'm giving myself shortcuts I should use them! So when I got home late last night I was able to whip this up in 15 minutes! Jeff did ask me if I made it from scratch 🤣 I'm good but not that good....
