Commented on this already, but what does your diabetes doc say?
Not much. She’s impossible to talk to, always starts the conversation with “if you just cut 300 calories a day ...” line. Why 300, I wonder? Did she just pull that number out of the air? I had to fight her not to get her to put me on metformin for the diabetes and she got touchy about it even after I explained the nasty side effects.

Oh my! Sounds like ALL your docs need to get together and get on the same page! Hang in there, and know I’m praying for you!

And there isn't anything else he can put you on for the migraines?
I asked and he said the others wouldn’t work as well. I literally miss one of my beta blockers and a headache starts. Sigh.

I’m in a similar situation with my birth control. It manages my PCOS and my PMDD but makes it nearly impossible to lose weight. Add that to my hypothyroidism and it’s a miracle just maintaining my (morbidly obese ) weight. Im almost afraid to get my headaches treated. Seems like every condition I have and every medication I take makes me gain weight. And yet I’m constantly told by doctors that “losing 50lbs will really help alleviate these symptoms”. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO DO THAT???
I know, right? Like, the damn meds make it almost impossible to lose weight but if I’d just drop 50 pounds everything would be better. AS if I could just peel it off and drop it on the ground.

I wish doctors would just in general STFU about losing weight and accept the fact that sometimes, *sometimes!* bodies just naturally come in different dimensions, and that it isn't always unhealthy. But, yeah, ragging on you to lose weight when it is physically fucking impossible unless you go off the meds they prescribed to you is another layer of hell right there. I'm so sorry, Hon. :(
