I cannot get over how unapologetically jewish that was OMG omg OMG like what do you mean this fictional boy also says pesukei dezimra and is also queer and is the freaking main character of a book! and he wears tzitzit and has payos. I'm actually going to cry. It was fantastic. everyone should read it.
