He’s filled with it. Anger towards himself, towards Yasuo, towards the azakana, towards his past. Anger for the unfairness he was treated with. Anger to his mother for ‘betraying’ his father. Anger that, despite his best efforts, he died in a most pathetic scenario. Anger that all the stories about brave warriors, on the side of justice, bringing home the glory, only lead to failure for him. Anger that he was forced to come back, with no way out again.

Yone has never really made peace with it all. I think that is why the azakana latched onto him and merged with him. When he snapped, in the spirit realm, the demon knew. It knew Yone was so angry with everything, that he’d overpower it. So it used that to turn him.

Now Yone’s still stuck with his tunnel vision ideas and ideals.
