This is an idea from @suziesamico about what would it be like if we were in a relationship with the boy our Candy is dating :D

The only other witness was Beau Beaumont, and he is the one now arriving at the midget’s door.  He carries with him a bucket, containing a short-handled spade, a broken garden fork and an old television antenna he found at the back of his tool shed.  All of these items stand about the height of the midget himself.  When the new guest opens his door, Beau sets down the bucket just inside.  Then he picks up those few items – hat, overcoat, jacket – which the midget had already been forced to leave on the floor, since he can’t reach the closet rail.  Beau hangs them on the makeshift coat stand.
