Here's why I don't put out content for The Hellcrew Project nearly as much these days:
I started The Hellcrew Project during covid lockdowns during one of, if not the, lowest points in my life. I had a ton of free time on my hands and poured myself into The Hellcrew Project. It was a way to escape what I was going through, a coping skill that was not destructive and actually productive.
However, in the past 1.5 years, my life has significantly changed — for the better. I'm actually doing a lot with my life now and have pulled it together. Naturally that leaves me busy with less time for the Hellcrew.
I still love The Hellcrew Project and I'm not about to abandon it; there's still so much I have in the works and planned for it. But please keep in mind that it is and always has been a passion project. (Working as a freelance artist is a side-gig, yes — but that is separate from The Hellcrew Project.) Sure, I make a bit of money from The Hellcrew Project but it's nothing substantial. Almost all content for The Hellcrew Project is available for free and supporting my work with money is only for those who both want to AND have the means to. (Yeah, you have to spend money for MWTSN and merch but I paywall far less stuff than most media/content creators do). Nevertheless, I deeply appreciate everyone who has supported my creations and I don't want to downplay the fact the money I've made because of the Hellcrew has significantly helped me — so thank you all who support my original work, from the bottom of my heart, thank you.
So for those who complain about and harass me over not putting out content for it all the time like I used to, go cry about it. I'm doing much better these days, my life is getting better and better. I even finally have much needed doctor appointments scheduled. I have MANY other (and far more important) things to do than draw my characters and answer asks and write my books.
I dearly appreciate the fans of The Hellcrew Project and I absolutely will continue working on it — that's a promise. Just please be patient with me getting things finished and out. I don't have the time I used to, and the reason I don't have that time is because I actually have gotten my life together. I don't like to talk about my personal life and I'm not going to delve into it further than I already have. Just know that a lot of good things have happened in a relatively short period of time — and in the past month I've had multiple extremely positive changes in my life.
I honestly didn't want to make this post talking about my life but SOME PEOPLE can't help themselves but to bother and harass me because they aren't getting FREE constant content. However the reason I did decide to make this post is not for them but for the fans who are patient but may still be confused as to why there's just not as much stuff these days.

Actually.... I'm willing to give a very vague answer here, as I really do not know myself how it will end. As of now, I see 3-4 possible endings, though I will not get into the specifics at all of the first 2, and the second 2 are very similar. SPOILERS BELOW CUT.

Oh no. Poor Julius. Sweet baby boy. He deserve none of what was done to him. I already knew about the priest and that if something I fear with morbid curiosity to know how bad it was. This is combined with his father.... heartbroken. 😓 It is not possible for one to have empathy for him. Could one even stand a chance in his place, no I do not thinks so. It makes me feel like I barely can blame Julius for the person he turned. It seems he never knew any difference. Could this be so normal to JtDM it causes him to believe this is what is simply how things are...?
