idk if any of ya'll will find this funny, but a cross-over i'd personally find hilarious would be batman and hannibal (TV); like can ya'll imagine HANNIBAL and Bruce in the same room??? better yet, them as friendly society acquaintances who can sense there's something off about the other but not what exactly the weird vibes mean.
they've got several similarities which would be fun to high-light too: they're both tall, physically imposing men who wear perfectly tailored suits. they're extremely intelligent. they're both the last members of their old, rich, families. Hannibal can totally tell that Bruce has had corrective surgery (though not necessarily that it's from past Batman activity). do ya'll see the vision? like:
Hannibal: it is good to see that you are well on your way to healing fully from your latest ill-fated escapade.
Bruce: we've both experienced close calls recently, if the society papers can be believed.
Hannibal: oh?
Bruce: did a serial killer truly murder one of your clients in your office?
Hannibal: yes. it was most distressing.
Bruce: hm.
then they stand in total silence for like fifteen minutes as they watch each other watch the miling crowd (that doesn't dare interrupt them).

or, we could even have some people assuming that Hannibal (mr. mysterious semi-shut in, who LOOMS like its nobody's business, and has a seeming unending need to help others: first being a surgeon, then a psychiatrist, then also a consultant with the FBI) is Batman.
we could have Jack Crawford thinking Bruce “mr. philanthropy” who disappears at random intervals, is suspicious; after all, several of the poor souls the Ripper has killed attended Wayne functions.
we could have WILL meeting Bruce.
like, please tell me i'm not alone in seeing the hilarity that could come from this.
