On the rocky paths of the ocean, a slim figure could be spotted even in the dead of night. The moon wasn’t out tonight, only accompanied but the bright stars in the sky. Fukami rarely ever did this, however even she needed some time alone. A peace of mind after having to deal with two particular children within the household.
Dull blue eyes gazing at the horizon, she only stared at the mirror-like ocean. All while holding onto a small book, held firmly on her lap so it wouldn’t fall. A small gift, from Wadanohara herself in fact..But to her, it meant the world. If she was in no mood to write or even draw in her small journal, she would often keep it with her. In a sense, she didn’t feel too lonely with this..
Of course, this peace that was in the air soon took a turn. While it may be dark, Fukami immediately noticed the slight change in the water. Unfortunately she wasn’t able to tell just what exactly might be around. The octopus remained seated, but she remained alert to her surroundings. Who knows what could happen at this hour..
