Family togetherness is important, studies have show that when you sit down together as a family for meals that kids are more confident, do better in school, and are generally happier. It also can contribute to a stronger family unit. This past month you have seen me post many many photos of my family eating together, this is something that has been important to our family from the beginning almost 12 years ago.
