I’ll soon start posting my pictures from Ed’s Chicago/Soldier Field show - my sentimental favorite of the four shows I saw in 2018.  I was with the best friends a clueless ‘older’ Ed Fan stumbling upon Tumblr in 2015 (that would be me) could ever hope to meet, he sang Give Me Love in its entirety (!!!), and he heard us (ok, mostly @naughty-teddy-innit​) scream ‘What’s your history?!’ during Dive and he smiled at us and said, ‘Yeah!’.  Security let us and the crowd around us storm the barrier at the aisle just left of center stage (everyone was well-behaved - no safety concerns!) during Ed’s encore so we got to be right there!  The crowd was superb - so happy to be there.  There was a group of about 4-5 men in their 20′s across the aisle from us (our seats were on an aisle) who were legit Irish dancing in the aisle during Nancy Mulligan - not just pretending!
