If Fairy snacks on someone else?Gosh, they do honestly try to avoid that situation at all costs. Being an empathetic creature, they dont quite enjoy being consumed and really would not want to put another through that same situation.

Assuming that Fairy’s sense of morality is compromised (they perchance entered that very special form) they might indulge in the act of consuming other specimens but it would not result in a fusion because A) Fairy isnt being forcibly broken down or merged and B) They arent breaking down the others.Their belly is probably more just a dead end I imagine than something thats dangerous. The person would probably be coughed up or something at a later time when Fairy no longer wants that nonsense in their gut.
