My sleeping habits are so horrible 😔 rn I don’t have a job or even school so really , I’m sleeping a full 7-8 hours but when I had uni, I’d be running on 4 hours of sleep (with naps to make up for the lack of sleep)

I don’t think so? I just used to talk to myself a lot hmskgkkd

Watermelon: do movies ever make you cry?

Not really, there’s only a select few that have like really gotten to me. Like some Bollywood movies such as kal ho na ho (his death scene had me crying for days), ghajni (I don’t even need to explain this one) taare zameen par and tere naam

I also cried during lovely bones, brokeback mountain and bridge go terabithia

But I don’t like tearjerkers lol they just leave me feeling sad so I just always watch stuff with happy endings

February: do you believe in soulmates?

I’m not sure? I think in the romantic sense, it’s real for some people. Like those lucky people that actually find someone they’re meant to be with but others aren’t that lucky? Some don’t ever find the person that just gets them yk? So I believe it really depends. The same thing with platonic relationships, some people find people that understand them, that just get them but other people aren’t as lucky?

June: do you like baths?

I actually don’t .. idk I can never relax in them because I always feel like I’m missing out on something important so I can’t stay still long enough. I’ve even tried getting rlly nice bath bomb but nope not for me so I just stick to showers

20: what’s your hairstyle? Gkskgjskf literally nothing, the last time I went to get my hair done was so I could dye it red and the hairdressers messed it up so a week later I just chopped most of my hair off with scissors I found at home and got box dye and just...did it so it’s all choppy now oops

46: most beautiful place you’ve been to? I’ve like never left Canada except for trips back home so I’d have to say Pakistan just Cus it’s so nostalgic and there’s so many pretty places that are often overlooked. I was supposed to go to Brazil and Germany with a research group this summer/spring but jfskifisjf that obvs never happened so I have nothing to compare

85: favourite kind of tree? This is gonna sound so basic but cherry blossoms? They’re just so pretty and like when the petals fall it just looks so beautiful and I’ve yet to see one irl :((( I also rlly like cranberry trees jfkskgis i remember everyone in my neighbourhood had one planted and when we were little we’d just go and ‘steal’ the cranberries and just sit underneath our own tree and eat them

12. Who do you look up to?

i had a few very lovely professors in undergrad that i just adore. One was an ex-CIA agent who quit because they wanted her to do something against her morals and so she decided to become a teacher who educates on different social issues and how they are affected by the modern world of communication. shes my HERO shes so cool and she writes all my letters of recommendation. the other is a professor i had when I lived in Italy, and he was one of the only openly gay teachers ive ever had (he brought his husband to every social event!!) and we became really close when i came out to him in a paper i wrote and he helped me with a lot in terms of the world of education and sexuality!

22. What upsets you most about the world?

in this economy? everything. but to get really specific: Period Poverty. im actually going to grad school for this specific reason, but its literally ridiculous that some kids have to MISS school during their period because of lack of materials, emotional and physical support, and/or lack of clean facilities!!!! its insane!!! just give kids what they need to make sure being on their period doesn’t affect their education!!!!

36. Imagine your ideal life, the life you wish to make, what will that look like?

im living in a city by the water sitting on a window seat with a cat in my lap and a book on the desk by me and i’ve just come home from a work trip where i made a difference in someone’s life.

18. Phobia: Hmmm trypophobia fkakkfksjd Listen when I was watching the untamed and they’d like show the lotus pots I freaked and couldn’t watch it for days and I just had to come back to it. I also hate spiders or any insect in general jgkskgkdjs I feel like throwing up when I see them

20. Height: last I measured was like 4 months ago and it was 159.2 cm so like 5’2-5’3 ish

58. have you ever cheated while playing a game? Fkakgjksjf im like super competitive but I usually don’t cheat if it’s like an actual game with friends but if it’s like with my siblings they all know I’ll cheat so they keep an eye on me al the time bc yes I do tend to cheat bc I hate giving them bragging rights
