It was pretty warm outside compared to how it was normally. Briony wasn't at the church, but rather at Ivan's laboratory. Maverick was hiding away in his room, the twins were in the living area downstairs, and Catriona and Köter were lingering in Ivan's room. Briony was in the bathroom of Köter's room, heaving above the toilet. He had blood dripping from his mouth, felt dizzy, and his chest ached, but he couldn't Stop coughing up these burdens. Small, blue petals floated in the trashcan. He swallowed heavily, breathing heavy, trying to force his body to calm down. He'd never quite understood the why for this phenomenon, but it occured nonetheless. Once he stopped feeling the itchy feeling in his chest he stood up. His legs tried to fail on him, leaving him leaning heavily on the toilet as he lifted himself onto shaking legs before landing sitting on the toilet backwards. He groaned, folding his arms over the back of the toilet and resting his forehead on his forearm. He sat there for a few minutes until his body recovered. Then he flushed the toilet, wiped his mouth on some wipes laying on Köter's vanity, and left, closing the door behind him quietly. He didn't mean for the detour.
