Colt let out a small sigh as he took off his shoes, kicking them near the shoe rack, and hung his beloved Miami Vice jacket on the hook right beside the door. He was still covered in fake blood and dirt from the day, since he didn't even bother to shower in his trailer—Colt just wanted to get home, shower, and crawl into bed with you.

Colt walked into the living room and shook his head at the sight of you typing away at your laptop on the couch.

"You should be asleep." Colt chided tiredly, but there was an undercurrent of tenderness in his tone.

You blinked hard and looked at him with bleary eyes and a tired smile on your face. "You're home."

"Yeah, I am." Colt started to walk toward the couch. "Why aren't you in our bed right now?"

"I had an idea and couldn't stop writing." Your eyes were focused on Colt as he approached you.

"As happy as I am that you're writing, your pretty butt should be in bed with me and snoring your head off." Colt bent down and grabbed your laptop.

You let out a concerned noise, reaching for your laptop, but Colt turned away and made sure it was out of your reach, making you huff. "I don't snore."

Colt smiled but said nothing. He quickly saved your work before closing your laptop and putting it on the coffee table. "Yes, you do." He said, then rounded the table, grabbed you, and put you over his shoulder with ease.

You yelped as your world suddenly got flipped upside down. "Colt!" You exclaimed.

"We are going to bed right now!" You could feel the vibrations of Colt's laugh run through you, but he ignored you and walked towards your bedroom. You were stuck watching his ass (which you weren't really complaining at this point) as he took the two of you to the bedroom, where he unceremoniously dumped you on the soft surface of your bed. A small 'oof' escaped you, but a smile was on your lips.

Colt was quick to settle his body over yours, his face hovering above your own, a smile on his lips as he looked down at you.

"Hi." You greeted softly. Your hand came up and cradled his cheek.

Colt leaned into your hand. "Hey, you."

"You need to get cleaned up." You said as you rubbed at the fake dirt on his cheekbone.

"After I get a kiss. Then I shower, then sleep." Colt started to lean in, but you pressed your head back into the bed, clearly trying to avoid kissing him, and made his face screw up in offense. "Can I not kiss you now?"

You laughed. "Not when you stink too."

Colt let out a noise of offense. "I promise to shower after I get one kiss from you."

You looked at him with skeptical eyes. "Just one?"

"Mhm." Colt's eyes were darting from your gaze to your lips.

You sighed. "Fine."

You barely got the words out before Colt's lips landed against your own. You could feel his body sag against your own, letting some of his weight down, and pressing you into the bed as his lips moved against yours in a familiar and synchronized dance.

Colt sighed against you, and a feeling of calm and contentedness washed over him as he felt your soft lips against his. He deepened the kiss, his tongue tangling with yours as his hands started to move up the hem of your shirt to feel the warmth of your body against his calloused hands—a shiver zipped up your spine as you felt Colt's hands skim up your ribcage.

Colt bit your bottom lip before pulling away and pressing heavy kisses against your jaw and neck, nipping and sucking at the soft skin, his hips slowly rocking against your core as his hands settled just below your breasts.

"You still need to shower." You said breathlessly.

Colt pulled away from your neck and looked at you, seeing that your eyes were blown out with lust. "We can clean up later."

"We?" You asked, staring into Colt's eyes—you could barely see the blue in his eyes.

"You think I'm not going to make a mess out of you?" Colt's hands moved from under your shirt to your hips and squeezed. He was quick to shove you further up the bed. You couldn't help the heat rushing to your cheeks or how you clenched around nothing, his sudden manhandling, or at the sight of Colt's almost devilish smirk.

"Oh, sweetheart." Colt crooned as he leaned down once more, his nose brushing against yours. "Get ready, we're in for a long night."
