Diane was just returning home from a quick bit of sale shopping - she'd got the most gorgeous coat from Zara, and a dress from Asos that would definitely work for the office with the right styling. So she was in a terribly good mood, and moved through the streets with expertise on her kitten heels. It was when she was distracted, eyes on a skirt in the window of Dorothy Perkins, that she walked straight into somebody. "Oh, I'm awfully sorry, miss," she said, offering out a hand to help the person up.
