Medic knew spy was scouts dad for the longest
Not because of the similarities either, just because hes done a dna test for the fun of it not thinking much

Tf2 but one of the mercs is colorblind in the achromatopsia variety. Terrible eyesight in general, can only see in gray tones and black and white (yes, that is a very rare form of colorblindness) and also suffers from photosensitivity. Can't tell team from team, has to wear heavy duty light filtering sunglasses/goggles in normal light, and also like eye pain.
How did they get hired? You decide some strange trait that pulls them to be put in.

Tf2 game mode idea
Ok so hear me out on this but what if valve added a new game mode to casual that had games that focused on improving specific skills like dodge ball for pyro's to learn air blasting and maps for rocket jumping. I know there are community maps and servers but most new players are not going to use that and making these game on the main search would also open up lots of possibilities. I don't know if anyone is going to read this but I have ideas that for games for each class to improve there skill so if anyone wants me to elaborate just let me know and I will
Scout started picking up on/figuring out the translation of some words in german, french and russian due to medic spy and heavy
He knows more french thoug because after figuring our hes picking up on it, spy started slowly saying more in french to scout to see if hell pick up on it
Spy also gets super proud and happy when he does, especially if spy says one fully correctly
