I have decided to take the plunge and attempt to rewrite this blog. Iām hoping my life will allow me to post regularly on it, but weāll have to see. The storyline wonāt be the exact same, new plot points will happen, some characters will be alive longer and some wonāt. I also probably wonāt have a weird interlude in Switzerland, but who knows?

Iām so fucking nostalgic over Texts from Enjolras holy shit, like I spent so long reading it two years ago and then I finally caught up just as it finished and I would never shut up about it because even though it was ridiculous it was SO. GOOD. Like it would hurt my heart so much. That was at the peak of my Les Mis phase? I wish I could go back and relive that

Fandom: Les Miserables
A tumblr fanblog dedicated to Enjolras and the rest of the Les Miserables characters, most of them makes an appearance sooner or later. It is both a textblog, an askblog and a blog that submits fanfics, one could say that itās a piece of fanfiction that lets you engage with it while you read the story. Get the entire story by reading the various posts in different formats, which almost makes it feel very real.
To summarize it very shortly itāsĀ a retelling of the rebellion from Enjolras point of view in a modern version of France, that is a modern version of France that has more in common with the FranceĀ of Victor Hugoās book than the reality. To say anymore would possibly spoil it.
I highly recommend reading though this blog, donāt start from the first page but instead use the āRead from the beginningā tag from the sidebar. Itās emotionally engaging and will break your heart so many times that you will be surprised that you still have anything left to break. The characters, while being put in a modern setting, still stays true to the book and those that the book doesnāt elaborate much on is in this story given more space. Itās glorious, beautiful, cruel and hilarious all at the same time. Iām amazed at the time and dedication the creator(s?) has poured into this.
It should be noted that I have not finished the entire blog yet, but Iām working my way there. I believe that the story is finished, but do correct me if Iām wrong.
