Tessa Grey is a HALF-BLOOD witch born in 1986 (since we still don’t have an actress for Tessa, I’ll go with Katie McGrath).
She started Hogwarts in 1997, where she was sorted into RAVENCLAW.
In school, she mostly associated with her on-and-off boyfriends Jem Carstairs and Will Herondale, with Catarina Loss, Dot Rollins and her fellow housemate Magnus Bane.
She always showed a particular interest towards Astronomy classes.
When she finished Hogwarts, in 2004, she kept studying it, becoming a skilled ASTRONOMER.
In 2009, she moved to Uganda with her partner Jem, where she taught Astronomy at the Uagadou School of Magic, school whose students are well known for their ability in the subject.
In 2011, she moved back to the UK, to teach at Hogwarts as the ASTRONOMY PROFESSOR.
She doesn’t live in the Hogwarts Castle, cause she and Jem bought an observatory , near Hogsmeade, where they live.
Tessa is also the HEAD OF THE RAVENCLAW HOUSE.
Her wand is 14½’’, made of PEAR WOOD (it gives its best in the hands of the warm-hearted, the generous, the wise and the well-respected) with a a UNICORN HAIR CORE.
Tessa’s Patronus and her Animagus is a SNOWY OWL (symbol of endurance, illumination, magic and the mysteries of the universe).
She also has a Snowy Owl for delivering mail.
