Woke up in a castle built in the 12th century.. there's a dungeon in my units basement level.....
Ummm creepy much? I hope no one was tortured/murdered there. This castle was utilized as a fortress in a major battle over Siena. It used to have a tower that was brought down with canons so ummm sadly yeah there probably was a bit of death in here... ahhh....
I fell off a waterfall yesterday morning because I decided to bathe in the Cascate del Mulino, a natural hot spring. The scraps, bruises, and cuts are still rather painful, but it was a nice excuse to get my nails redone by an Italian artesian.
