Tequila Rose Strawberry Whipped Pudding Shots

Ingredients:

1 small box of Jello Strawberry Instant Pudding (you can use vanilla or chocolate if you can not find strawberry)

1 cup of Milk

3/4 cup of Tequila Rose

8 oz whipped cream

Optional: Strawberry chunks

Directions:

1. Mix pudding and milk per instructions on the box

2. Stir in Tequila Rose

3. Fold whipped cream into the mixture then strawberry chunks(optional)

4. Transfer into 2oz cups

Tequila Rose was born in 2003, month and day unknown. She was found at a Target parking lot and she looked to be two weeks old. We think she might’ve been the runt of the litter.

She lived fifteen years with us. She was a calico, feisty by nature but only when antagonized; she was mostly demure of disposition. She loved her daddy and enjoyed napping with him on the couch and cuddling with him at bed time. She favored her dad as he bottle fed her when she came home with him that first day and he allowed her to sleep with him in his bed curled up by his neck.

She had cancer but beat it by left leg amputation. Six months after she took a tumble and broke her back right leg. Vet said her quality of life would be difficult if we decided to amputate the leg as she already was missing her left leg. Surgery would be very invasive and the healing time would run long which would make it difficult for her to take care of her needs. Life after surgery would be no life and the doctor reminded us that she had lived a long and healthy life.
