The estate is a former farmhouse from the year 1679, and it combines a romantic and international flair with the comfort and service of a luxury class hotel. Over the years, every room and suite has been decorated in loving detail with antiques from the family's own collection. Since 1923, the former farmhouse has been owned by the family Von Pasquali. Since the beginning, the hotel has accommodated and pampered numerous guests, including celebrities from the arts, politics, industry, and society. ✏️Their cuisine, which has won many awards, is one of the best in the country (2 Gault Millau trophies). Its style is strongly oriented towards the classic Austrian cuisine and has a slight Mediterranean and Asian touch. You will find over 200 different wines from all over the world on their wine list. The selection is completed with a long list of schnapps and a humidor which is equipped with only the best cigars. ✏️On a sunny spot right behind the hotel is their large vegetable and fruit garden. There are over 20 different types of vegetables, many herbs and native berries which are cultivated orgnically with a lot of love and no chemical products. 30 pet ducks 'protect' the well-kept gardens. ✏️They use mainly meat from the organic farms that surround Kitzbühel and can always guarantee fresh, high quality meat through personal contact with the farmers. The farm where the milk comes from is right behind the hotel. Fresh milk, yogurt, and butter are brought daily to the breakfast table dog food - please order in advance.
