Sweet and savory balsamic, rosemary, and honey-glazed pork tenderloin will make your taste buds dance. This recipe is a culinary masterpiece because it has just the right amount of sweet and savory.
Ingredients: 2 pork tenderloins about 1 lb each. 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 3 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped. 3 cloves garlic, minced. Salt and black pepper to taste. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 2 tablespoons honey.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven to 400F 200C. Add olive oil, chopped rosemary, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to a bowl and mix them together using a whisk. Put the pork tenderloins in a big plastic bag that can be closed again and again. Then, pour half of the marinade over the meat. Put the bag in the fridge for at least 30 minutes with the lid on. Set a big skillet that can go in the oven on medium-high heat. If you want the pork tenderloins to be brown, sear them on all sides. To make the glaze, mix Dijon mustard and honey in a small bowl. Brush the glaze on top of the pork tenderloins that have been seared. Place the skillet in an oven that has already been heated and roast for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145F 63C. Let the pork rest for a few minutes before cutting it up. Serve the slices of Balsamic Rosemary Pork Tenderloin with any glaze that's left over. Enjoy this dish that tastes great and smells great!
