This Paprika Pork Tenderloin tastes great and is very tender because it is cooked slowly in the crockpot. When you mix paprika, honey, and soy sauce together, you get a tasty sauce that goes great with pork tenderloin.
Ingredients: 2 lbs pork tenderloin. 2 tablespoons paprika. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/2 cup chicken broth. 1/4 cup honey. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 tablespoons cornstarch. 2 tablespoons water.
Instructions: In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork tenderloin. Place the pork tenderloin in the slow cooker. In another bowl, mix chicken broth, honey, soy sauce, and olive oil. Pour the mixture over the pork in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the pork is tender. Once cooked, remove the pork from the slow cooker and let it rest for a few minutes. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Pour the slurry into the slow cooker juices and stir well. Cover and cook on high for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened. Slice the pork tenderloin and serve with the sauce.
