These Slow Cooked Beef Brisket Sliders are the perfect combination of tender, flavorful beef brisket and sweet, tangy barbecue sauce. They make for a fantastic party or game day snack.
Ingredients: 1.5 kg beef brisket. 2 onions, thinly sliced. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1 cup beef broth. 1/2 cup barbecue sauce. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 12 slider buns. Sliced pickles, for serving.
Instructions: Use salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika to season the beef brisket. In the bottom of a slow cooker, put the garlic and onions that have been sliced. Season the beef brisket and place it on top of the garlic and onions. Put the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth in a bowl and mix them together. The sauce should be poured over the beef brisket in the slow cooker. Turn the heat down to low and cover the slow cooker. Cook for 8 to 10 hours, or until the beef is soft and shreds easily with a fork. Take the beef out of the slow cooker when it's done cooking and shred it with two forks. Get rid of any extra fat in the slow cooker's cooking liquid. Put the beef back in the slow cooker and mix it in with the cooking liquid. You can toast the slider buns in the oven or on a griddle until they are just barely golden. Put together the sliders by putting a lot of shredded beef on the bottom half of each bun. Put sliced pickles and the top half of the bun on top. Put the beef brisket sliders on a plate and serve them with your favorite sides.
