Muwahhideen Publications is honoured to host a LIVE tele-link lecture with Ash-Shaykh Hasan Ibn ‘Abdul Wahhaab Marzuq al-Banna (May Allah preserve him) who is from the well-known scholars of Egypt on Thursday 16th January 2014. This event will be broadcast LIVE in Masjid Ibn 'Abbaas, Tobago, two masaajid in Trinidad, Masjid ul Khaleefah and Masjid us Sunnah, and four masaajid in the U.S. Masjid Al-Bukhaari, Florida, Masjid Ibn 'Abbas, Georgia, Masjid Nur Allaah, New York and Masjid Tawheed, Michigan.

The Prophet (sallAllahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said, “Each of you is a shepherd and each of you is responsible for his flock. The man is a shepherd over his family and he is responsible for his flock. The Ameer who has been placed in charge of the people is a shepherd, and he is responsible for his flock. The woman is a shepherd within the house of her husband and she is responsible for her flock. The servant is a shepherd over his master’s wealth and is responsible for his flock. Then he said: Indeed each of you is a shepherd and each of you is responsible for his flock.”
“Therefore we understand that the Muslim woman must be responsible for protecting her home, cleansing it, purifying it from the evils of shaytaan. Making sure that there is a healthy situation in it for her children, for her husband, for herself. All of these are responsibilities that she as a Muslim woman must strive to maintain and uphold.
If the Muslim woman becomes corrupt by the influences and ideas of the disbelievers, the home will become corrupt. And if the homes become corrupt, the children and the lineage will become corrupt. And what is a society if it is not a collection of homes that contain individuals together. So therefore if the Muslim woman becomes corrupt she will be the weak link in the home. Our Shaykh Hasan ibn 'AbdulWahhab al-Banna (hafidhahullah) will lecture to us regarding the wisdom behind the role of the woman in Islaam and by the Permission of Allah our sisters will benefit from the admonition of the Shaykh and thus strive to fulfil their roles as mothers, daughters, wives and sisters in this noble Deen.
