Support set my account to cancel after prompting, and then actually immediately canceled it when I asked why my cancellation request from Feb 2nd went ignored.

You're gonna have to fight through 2fa to get there. It's going to try to have you use your existing cell number to do that. Y'know, the one you canceled. The one registered to the far side of the planet where you don't have cell service. Validate another way and use your email address. I was going to think highly of Visible for being a cheap cell service that did what I wanted, but given they actively tried to bill me twice after sending my cancellation request, they absolutely need to be dragged through some wet mud with the certain knowledge that they are absolutely benefitting from billing some poor fucker that tried to cancel service and can't navigate their support page the way I can.
