The ANazing Digital Circus Part 2
Here is part 2 of my TADC x AANA AU!!!!!! This post will be about the other Cul-de-sac kids!
The Kankers entered the circus at the same time, each finding a headset and putting them on at the same time. So, while they don't remember each other names, they know they are brothers.
And I would like to give a big thanks to @bersqunk who created the bios and bodies for the Kankers. Definitely check her stuff out!!
Jay: A Stuffed bear soldier - Name: Teddy - Labeled as dense and being a softy, he always been pushed around by his family members and society. Having to BEAR all the negativity, but inside he is a big softy.
Larie: A rubber tiger - Name: Blaze - Reckless, wild and was always labeled as dangerous person that could never tamed or disciplined. Being bent around by society, never feeling true freedom.
Tee: A toy robot - Name: Gizmo - A cold strategist his whole life, always taking orders and advice from his dad. At a young age he would start taking over his dad's responsibilities and pressure to help keep his family afloat.
Now for the rest of the Cul-de-sac! I did my best to give them things I thought would fit them well. Names are hard, but I did my best to give them each a name that fit their bios, circus appearance and sounded like a circus type name.
Nate: A golden retriever (think the dog in the flashback from ep 8, but with pants) - Name: Prince - Nate was always popular, people wanting to be his friend. He is very nice, always wanting to help people, but because of his people pleaser nature, many take advantage of it. Nate knows people do this, but he hates when people are mad or disappointed in him, so he won't say anything, even if it not good for him. Wears a crown and a prince type outfit.
Rachel: A Sheep plush - Name: Fluffy - Yes, the daughter of a shepherd is a sheep herself! Rachel is strong, always had been, have to be to protect her family's farm and do her jobs. However, in her homeland she was viewed as weak and unable to run a farm because she was born a girl. Her family move to the states to get away from their homeland when people grew more toxic to Rachel and her family. But from her time there, Rachel developed a fear of being viewed as weak, so being the same creature she once had to protect, especially a plush one, often makes the fear grow. She also wears a kinda patchwork old fashioned dress, to represent her homeland.
Karen: A plastic dress up doll - Name: Barbie (I know it a lazy name, sue me!) - Karen is the popular girl type, perfect hair, clothes, and make-up. From a young age her mother had put her in beauty pageants, at first Karen had fun, she won a lot and she loved making her mom happy. But all that changed the day she got 2nd, after that her mother mad her practice, every day becoming meaner and meaner if Karen ever placed in anything, but 1st. Karen developed a mean girl personality to protect herself from how toxic the other participants were. Karen was made to believe she has to be perfect all the time, or she'll be a loser and all alone.
Jenny: A wooden puppet - Name: Twiggy (I'm 50/50 on this name, open to suggestions) - When Jenny was younger her only friend was a piece of broken fence she named, Plankette. It was often the only thing she would listen to and wouldn't do anything unless it was Plankette's idea. At first her parents thought she would grow out of her imaginary friend, but when she didn't, they took to many doctors. At first Jenny would fight them on this, but when one day Plankette told her to runaway so it could just be them, Jenny got scared of Plankette for the first time and willingly gave Plankette up to the doctors. She started therapy and meds, but she still fears she might one day go back to Plankette, sometimes she would stare at her hand, the empty palm feeling heavy.
Okay now this is usually the part where I would have Sam and Jamie....buuuuut I don't have them yet. For some reason these two are really stumping me so they will have to be in a later post just for them, I also need to work out when they get in the circus, it harder with them being younger. At first, I was gonna try to get all characters done, before posting, but I really wanted to share what I had.
