I’m willing to bet cold hard cash money that the type of compliments Tech would give Phee and some of the things we would say to her would give some Jane Austen love interests a run for their money. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.

I just know that you can’t take Crosshair or Tech to a magic show.
They’re deeply unimpressed.
Crosshair’s eyes are too sharp, and no sleight of hand is fast enough.
Tech is going to go home, and try to improve on every illusion because the magician’s mechanics were “poorly planned, and poorly executed.”
Wrecker and Omega have to ditch them if they want to enjoy anything like that at all.
Do you think Tech ever relates more to the villain of a story than the hero, because the villains get to be smart and make rational decisions? And do you think that even though, rationally, of course, he knows he isn’t evil, a new insecurity starts to grow when he realises early on that isn’t quite normal? Because you’re supposed to root for the hero, for the light, for the good side, it’s not difficult to understand. So why, why are the intelligent ones, the ones he sees himself in, evil?
So, my husband has been accumulating computer parts for the better part of a year and the last few components are coming in the mail tomorrow. He has been talking nonstop about how we're going to have so much fun building it, and while I am hella intimidated by dipping my toes into a field I know nothing about, I couldn't be happier to learn these new things and for him to willingly and happily teach me.
I can't help but feel like this is something Tech would do. Researches good parts. Orders them methodically and slow when he can get the most bang for his buck. Scrutinizes their assets and compare faulty models to more reliable ones.
The best part is that he really wants to teach me how to build it. And I am eager to learn.
It brings me to the conclusion(one I've made many a time already but this just seals the deal) that... I married a goddamn Tech.
Hunter's sensory meltdowns:
· It's always been Wrecker's speciality to look after Hunter regarding his sensory meltdowns.
· He can usually sense when Hunter is struggling before anyone else (Tech has never seen one. When he catches onto the situation, he worries he is an overwhelming person and would only be a hindrance.)
· He tries to eliminate unnecessary stimuli on the ship or keep him grounded with a firm hand on his shoulder in public.
· It was Wrecker who gave Hunter his bandana. Hunter's main form of stimming was chewing his hair until the ends started to snap off. It used to be a lot longer but now it's as long as it can be without it being able to reach his mouth. He's become very aware of his unhealthy stims over the years and now tries to anchor himself in his body, so when he's overwhelmed or bored, you'll find him very still, eyes fixed on the middle distance as he tunes into his own heartbeat.
· When they can't be prevented, Hunter usually manages to take himself away without suspicion. Wrecker finds him panicking or crying somewhere and holds him in a firm embrace if he needs, or leaves him alone in quiet.
· Wrecker hasn't memorized hand signals, but he knows all the signals created between him and Hunter mid-meltdown when talking is just too much. A squeeze on the thumb for a pillow and blanket, a pat on the hand to be left alone, a kiss on the hand for a tight hug.
· Wrecker will wait with Hunter even when it seems like he's calmed down. This time is spent in complete silence while Hunter recuperates until he sits up and suggests making a cup of tea.
· Crosshair has helped a lot too. Sometimes he will happen to walk in during the peak when Wrecker isn't there and will simply sit with him. If he asks for something, Crosshair will sort it, but most of the time he gives Wrecker the space and makes sure the cockpit is organized and calm before they return.

Another random Tech headcanon I have-
He’s really awkward at first with physical affection and sudden acts of intimate contact, like sitting in his lap- at first he’d be like,
“Uh…uhm, wh-what are we doing? What, what is- are we??”
But as soon as he’s used to it, he’s like,
“That’s right baby, take a seat on daddy’s throne. Right there, good girl.” *pats thigh*
There is no in between for him.
TBB - Tech Headcanons
-Literally never shuts the fuck up. Ever.
- Dare ask him what he’s working on or what he did that day and you shall in return receive a huge ass lesson on what ever you asked him about (and you better listen to every word)
-If he’s alone in the cockpit (espessially if it’s night and the trest of the Batch are asleep), he might let you sit in his lap while he works on whatever he’s trying to fix
-Very confident but he also gets flustered very very easily
-He can say and do things to you and have the biggest shit-eating grin on his face, but the second you go to do it back, mans is a stuttering, flustered, pool of nerd
-That amplifies by 100% when the others are around, especially since he knows that they will make fun of him
- If anyone does catch you guys and makes fun of either of you, Tech will alway have a stupid ass remark to try to cover up his embarassment
-His ears definitly get really red when he does that
-will not initiate anything, unless he DESPERATLY needs it.
- That being said, he also didn’t understand your obsession with wanting to cuddle with him. That was until he finally gave in and gave you cuddles
-Wont ever admit it but he loved it, same with hugs. He didn’t get why people liked them (espessially since he was used to wrecker’s bone-crushing hugs), but after you hugged him, he melted
- Tech is the biggest sucker for neck kisses. Bonus points if you do it right after waking up in the morning
-He rather enjoys talking to you in Mando’a, even if you cant understand it, he still feels that it is nessicary
-Will scold you for cursing then will “accidentally” end up saying “fuck” right after even though he literally just got onto you for it
-Loves when you play with his hair or give him head pats.
-Also loves when you carefully lift his goggles up onto his forehead and gentlely trace over the indentations they make on his face.
-Needy ass mf but will never activly say that he wants, say..., like a hug or anything when asked
-Isn’t really an animal or people person, very much a droid person
-Jealous AF
-Just give him attention. Please. He craves it
A/N: Sorry for any spelling mistakes, I haven’t written anything in a while and i dont feel like running this through a spell check rn lol. -Trig
Swearing (TBB headcanon)
Crosshair, yes but it's in a way they you don't even realize it because it sounds so natural coming out of his mouth.
Wrecker, nope. He prefers alternatives like, "Dang it" over "Damn it"
Tech, he prefers not to but some times one will slip out.
Hunter, when he's angry he has no filter. It's honestly a little terrifying.
Echo, he was (and still is) best friends with Fives, he has the mouth of a sailor.
Omega, Hunter won’t allow her to. But she does occasionally when no ones around.
