How did your tea journey start? How long have you been doing “tea stuff”? I have been drinking tea since I wax probably seven years old...40 years ago! My mom would fix it for me English (builder’s tea) style with milk and sugar. She would put an ice cube in it to cool it down. It was the “fix” anytime I was sick, too. A plain Lipton tea bag...that’s what we used. Through the years I’ve had grocery store apple cinnamon tea bags and advanced into higher end loose teas of all types. I’m no sommelier (yet) but I’d definitely consider myself a tea “pro”....a tea queen! (Ok...I’m a pro at shopping for, drinking, and...hoarding tea). Now, it’s a hobby to have my daily tea time, read about new teas, research health benefits, and review them in my blog. I also keep a “junk journal” of my tea wrappers and packages.
