Day 1 of 2 at Laguna Seca. Started pretty rough, this is the first time back to Laguna Seca and it’s 90db sound limit day 😭I missed the first session helping a few fellow track friends get going. Went out for 2nd session and blew the sound limit within 2 laps so I had to find ways to quiet down the car even more. The turn pipe that I have on the car configure the way you see in the picture doesn’t pass so I turned them down. The next few session wasn’t so bad, but I had to up shift and lift through sound booth area. With combination of lift and up shift and old tires I’m about 2-3 seconds off pace. This is how I felt about today’s event considering we had bad weather, it was still a great turn out. I can’t thank you all enough for coming out to our Winter Drive even with rain on the forecast. This event is definitely not possible with out all of our wonderful staff and volunteers. Majority of the staff/volunteer showed up dark and early @ 5:45am and stayed until the very end past closing time to help load out. You guys are the true MVP. Huge thanks to all of the staff members that help planned the event, down to every little details. There are many things that people over look that goes behind the scene to making an event like this possible. I want to highlight a few things from the logistics of how all of the toys will get back to our warehouse, pallets, boxes, equipments, trucks to volunteer shirts, meal tickets, canopies. The list is endless and I want to thank those who have helped with all of these things and our sponsors that help make this happen. Special thanks to Industry Hills Expo Center for allowing us to host this special event. Truly an amazing event, I am honored to be working with a lot of incredible people. Day 2 of 3 track day weekend is in the books! Had an amazing time here at Chuckwalla with friends for our 9th annual Chuckwalla Thanksgiving Track weekend.
