Blog - Week 4 More people want to buy food online than in the market, it is very easy to buy products online, although it is fun to go and shop in supertmarkets or public markets there are still people who choose to buy food online because it can be deliver door to door and can reduce waste of time, I can’t deny that there are still those who don’t agree with online grocery, they prefer to market, as usual and normal to do before the pandemic.

Insights in this week, costumer wants a less struggle buying specially in this pandemic where it is not good to go outside roaming with other people. In addition, they want to find ways to save money in buying product, on top of that it must be a good quality since they care about their health. For a reason, when having poor quality of food, it may cause illness or food poisoning.

In the second week of interviewing costumers, we gathered more info in what kind of app they want. Almost all of the interviewee wants an app that gives them hassle free in what they do, especially in buying goods. They even want an app that can deliver what they want, even they are out from home. What` s more not just an app like the one we have, but an app that give comfortable services and good interaction between costumer and employees. It must be approachable in every inconvenient happening in the services that is being offered.

Insight In today’s era, many people don’t want to go outside to buy in the markets because they fear the threat of the risk of being infected by the spreading virus. There is also the problem of not being able to go to the market because there are more important things to do or The so called “Busy Schedule”.
