well actually it was just me and the two people that were in my group yesterday that showed up to the class

but it was still pretty good 

I hit my knee playing basketball and it still isnt 100 percent and hit hurt so bad I felt like puking no lie man I was like im done I just went home with ice on it 

one of the trainers said that my sprawls were beautiful 

damn right they are I wrestled 

Ellen is the devil, no shes not ( but secretly yes she is) thats the name of the trainer for the class 

as the title suggests we did a pyramid workout which was great until no it was great....but really tho it was the devil I enjoyed it though 

after I did a light arms workout because guys if you don't workout your arms how will you give strong nuggies to people smaller than 

I was gonna write this really long thing about if you are good at something and and talk shit and stuff but long story short is  if you are good at something don't be an asshole to people who are not as good as you
