RECIPE: Pumpkin Spice Latte
Just in time for Thanksgiving I present to you this delicious homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte recipe. It is a healthy alternative to the pre-packaged variety, not too sweet and is the perfect accompaniment while you cook your Thanksgiving feast!
PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE
1 Double Shot of Espresso using GY Light or Dark Roast Coffee Beans 1/2 tsp of GY Vanilla Bean 1 Tbsp of GY Cane Juice Crystals 1 Tbsp of Pumpkin Puree 1 tsp Pumpkin Spice 1/2 Cup of Almond Milk
Yield: 1 Cup
1. Place vanilla bean, cane juice crystals, pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice into your coffee mug and stir until well combined.
2. Grind the coffee beans and make a double shot of espresso. Pour into coffee mug and mix with pumpkin spice paste.
3. Steam almond milk and pour into espresso/pumpkin mixture.
4. Garnish with cinnamon or additional pumpkin spice and enjoy!
