I visited Europe and consumed only alcohol and carbs but this lighting says otherwise.

I was really tempted to photoshop my love handles out of these photos, but then I thought (aside from being dishonest) where would it end? Should I then fade my scars, round my nipples out, thicken my facial hair, cover every blemish and freckle? So I took several moments to admire things about myself — how proud I am of how broad my shoulders have gotten, how much I like my tattoos and how they seem to be a part of me, how mcdreamy-Esqe my hair is, how much kinder my eyes are these days, how much lighter my heart is.
