Introduce myself to the MFMM fandom. Hi, I’m Sarah, I live in Philadelphia and I’m a MFMM addict. I’ve been watching MFMM on netflix over and over again in a loop waiting for the 3rd series (I’ve been resourceful in watching S3 here in the US) and I’ve read many of the books. Here is the definition of addiction/alcoholism as described by the Mayo Clinic website: I Just substituted the word alcohol with MFMM/Phrack

1. being preoccupied with MFMM/Phrack (yep!)

2. continuing to watch/obesess over MFMM even when it causes problems (meh, kind of, not really problematic unless you consider me ignoring the outside world for a while to escape into fandom...hmmm sounds like denial, naaaaaaah)

3. the need for more MFMM/Phrack to get the same effect -physical dependence (Abso-phracking-lutely. My need for more gifs, screencaps, discussions is abounding and perpetual)

4. having withdrawal symptoms when you rapidly decrease intake of MFMM/Phrack (You betcha! I feel out of sorts when I haven’t watched an ep, checked tumblr or read one of KG fantastic books)

I Just want to say that I really enjoy the MFMM discussions on tumblr, its not just a bunch of screaming fangirls incoherently proclaiming their love for the series, but well educated, hilarious, snarky, sarcastic, insightful discussions. I also appreciate the level of maturity when people differ in opinions. I guess I’m just trying to say I’m a fan of this fandom.
