Regulus' kindergarten class is star themed. He has star fairy lights that light up the classroom (with the addition of a few lamps) (the overhead lights hurt his head). He has glow in the dark stars all over the ceiling. The students cubbies have star name tags. The reading + nap-time nook is decorated with many things but his addition of star and moon pillows and blankets are the main feature.
His plans are also related to space. During certain hours of the day his students have "moon time" which is nap time, "eclipse time" where his students enthusiastically pick which book he will read aloud once they finally wind down, "sun time" which is their morning and afternoon recess, "Jupiter time" which is arts and crafts... you get the gist.
Sirius makes fun of him for it but he secretly loves it. Loves that Reg turned something that haunted them into something safe for his students. Loves that Reg tells all of his students that they're stars no matter how cheesy it may seem (even to regulus himself) because it gives the galaxy a whole new meaning.
