I only have a basic knowledge of what these are good for but it's still very useful! Both chamomile and elderflower have similar effects: they're good for colds, sore throat, calming, and pleasant in taste. Lemon balm works soothingly on stress and anxiety, it also helps with sadness. Yarrow is great for any kind of stomach pain; it soothes menstrual pain and eases digestion. Mint is good for breathing and clear sinuses. Old people always say linden is good for the heart but you must not drink too often. Calendula is good for skin. Basil tea is anti-headache medicine, and by this day the only thing to remove my headaches.
