Tomorrow! The final home bout for @tragiccityrollers and the debut of the @tctroublemakers! All season long, TCR has supported MCAC by fundraising at every home bout, collecting donations, volunteer chaperoning at our prom, and even helping us build the coolest pride parade float Central Alabama Pride, Inc. has ever seen. We want to give them all the love back by showing up and showing out at their Final Home Bout Double-Header! Featuring TCR vs. the Pensacola Roller Gurlz, TCR’s home teams vs. one another, and the debut of their junior roller derby team, the Tragic City Troublemakers – of which we’re proud to know a few! We’ll be there cheering on TCR, the Troublemakers, and tabling to spread the word about everything we’re doing at the Magic City Acceptance Center. MCAC affiliated adults: You can support TCR like they support us AND enjoy yourself immensely by getting a ticket and meeting us at the bout! MCAC youth ages 13-24 who would like to attend: TCR has made tickets available for you! Simply let us know if you’d like to attend by posting here in the event or in person at MCAC! Doors open at 4, Derby starts at 5 & 7! Kids 8 and under are free. Tickets are $12 online or $15 at the door! While you were away, we achieved this #peakgay moment and got ready for the Pride Parade with our favorite athletes, the @tragiccityrollers! Who have graciously voulnteered their time to help us be bigger, better, and cuter than ever before at this year's parade. We took some great pictures of what's to come, but we'd rather surprise you. 😘 The @centralalabamapride parade steps off Saturday June 9th at 8:00 and all youth ages 13-24 are invited to be on our float!
